All our clothing pieces are made-to-order, ensuring that each item is crafted specifically for you. As a result, we do not offer refunds or returns. Please ensure that all details, including size and specifications, are accurate before placing your order.

2. Shipping Policy
We strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. The following shipping rates apply:

A flat shipping fee of 2 KD applies to all areas in Kuwait, except:
Jaber Al-Ahmad and Al-Jahra Governorate: Shipping fee is 2.5 KD. Ali Sabah Al-Salem: Shipping fee is 4.5 KD.



3. Order Modifications
